The Global Revenue Assurance Professionals Association (GRAPA) Is a traditionally defined professional association.

What that means is that we exist solely to support the development of professional practices in the execution of Revenue Assurance, Fraud Management, and Logical/Physical Security protection for telecommunications and communications companies.

Since its founding in 2007, GRAPA has enrolled more than 8000 members from around the world. We have trained more than 1800 of those members and certified over 1,200. Our membership represents every line of business in telecommunications and communications including wireless (GSM,CDMA, WIMAX, Microwave, Satellite), wire-line (POTS, Fiber, DSL), Internet (ISP, VOIP) and Broadcast.

GRAPA works hard to accomplish its objectives through:
  • Establishment of a set of standards for the practice of revenue assurance and fraud management embraced by the industry (through ratification by our membership)
  • Creation of a training /testing /certification program that provides professionals and their managers with clear objective and subjective criteria for evaluation of the practices, approaches and impacts
  • Creating a community of RA professionals that share best practices and promote the professional practice of their skills.
